Stafast has an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative opening in our Painesville, Ohio office. Duties include servicing our existing customers and developing new accounts by providing product and service information via the phone. Prospecting and developing new customers is a significant part of the position. This is done through various sources, requiring initiative to research, qualify, and follow-through in cold-calling. The position works closely with the Outside Sales Representatives as well as the Inside Team. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a teachable spirit and the belief that one sells by serving. Prior inside sales experience of 3-5 years, college education and a mechanical aptitude will all be assets in the position. |
