The "Ultimate" Rivet for Dense Materials This Fastener eliminates push out currently being experienced due to prong failure and can be automated to increase production. New flange design allows installation in dense materials that prongs will not penetrate while preventing spin out. Cuts your overall manufacturing costs through easier, faster, and more reliable assembly. |

Closed End Design criteria - maximum thread engagement and positive bolt stop. The addition of a weld plate allows a standard T-nut to become a perfect fit for our customers applications. |

Custom Flange Custom flange and plating - The customers need: low profile, internally threaded fastener, good retention in plastic, and high salt spray. Stafast responds by custom cutting the flange of the Propell Nut, with excellent retention in plastic, to fit in a recessed pocket. The plating recommended and used is Ultra Stacoat providing 800-1000 salt spray hours. |

Automated Slab-Base T-Nut An Automated slab-base T-Nut, standard or rivet style, has been developed for applications that require insertion close to an edge or in narrower components. This prevents material chip out or flange extension beyond component edge. Stafast has combined these various flange sizes with our automation capabilities to allow manufacturers to increase productivity in areas that formerly required T-Nuts to be inserted by hand. |

Crimp Lock
Fasteners The Crimp Lock feature can be added to most of our stamped products and JCN's. This creates a more economical locking feature than patching. Customization is evidenced here as we position the locking feature higher on the barrel to accommodate a shorter bolt to meet the customer's needs. |
