Flange Modification In house capabilities make for a quick delivery. The custom curves are created from a round base part. Added tumbling process removes burrs creating a part that is smooth to the touch and fits perfectly into its required recess. |

Secondary Hex Drive Holding or tightening round base parts is a breeze. Double hex cut out allows easy use of a standard hex key. Various barrel heights can be produced in 5/16-18 or 3/8-16 thread in as little as two weeks. Other sizes can be tooled to meet your specific need. |

Multi-Piece
Weld Nuts This tubular weld nut is a combination of a u-tab for tubular insertion and a thicker oversized square base. The larger base allows the weight of the unit to rest around its perimeter for strength in this leveling system. |

Large Flange Stafast expands it's thread size offering on the oversized 1-1/4" flange. The larger flange is now available on 3/8-16 parts. This expansion will increase the connection strength via the large load bearing area of the flange. Pictured is our 3/8-16 large flange with three holes that can be utilized to secure the fastener with screws. |
